Fortnite has a new set of missions for Week 8 of the Resistance Quests, but where should you use the Sensor Backpack?
If you’re trying to complete all your quests in Week 8 of Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2, you’ll soon come across a quest involving Loot Lake.
This one comes after you’ve done collecting all the Signal Jammers from around the map. And it’s a little trickier than some of the game’s other missions.
After all, you don’t actually get the location of the Energy Fluctuation around Loot Lake in-game, but we know where to find it.
Fortnite Where to Find the Sensor Backpack Location – Week 8 Resistance Quests
To get started with this Week 8 Quest, players will need to find the Sensor Backpack in Fortnite. This can be found at the location pictured below, on a small hill just West of the bridge leading to Tilted Towers.
Once you’ve got the Sensor Backpack, it will begin to beep more frantically as you approach the Energy Fluctuation around Loot Lake.
But since the location isn’t marked on your map, where exactly do you find the fluctuation itself?
Why not make travels slightly easier by grabbing one of the Fortnite Choppa Helicopters from these locations?
Where to Use the Sensor Backpack Around Loot Lake – Energy Fluctuation Location
The Energy Fluctuation you need to complete your mission can be found to the Northwest of Loot Lake, not far from The Fortress.
When you get close, your Sensor Backpack will be beeping extremely fast, and the location will even appear on your minimap.
Scan the fluctuation for 23,000XP and you’ll continue on with the Resistance storyline!
